This is a policy to protect the contents of the renter/tenant as well as give liability insurance for the tenant. The Owner of the property may request to be an Additional Insured or Additional interest on the renter’s policy. Renter’s policies vary in price depending on the amount of contents requested
Renters can also purchase Canine Liability insurance to protect them in the event of a suit involving a dog.
